Are your products embroidered?

No, all of our products feature high quality heat transfer vinyl that has been professionally heat pressed to ensure durability.

 

Do you allow rush orders? 

Need your items sooner than our 2-3 turnaround time? Message us before placing your order to ensure we can accommodate your need by date. You will need to purchase our RUSH processing listing.

 

Do your items run true to size?

On most listings, you can find size charts in the photos section. If you do not see one, please message us to assist you.

 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Celebrating a special occasion? No problem! Leave a note at checkout to include with your package. Right now, we are not offering gift wrapping but are working on making it an option!

 

My tracking says pre-transit, what does this mean?

Pre-transit is a way of saying that USPS hasn't updated. Packages can stay in pre-transit mode for up to 24 hours, 48 hours if it falls near a Sunday. If your package stays in pre-transit past this time frame, please contact us to assist!
