TURNAROUND TIME:  Current turnaround time is listed at the top of each page. Please note this is an estimation and cannot be guaranteed. If you need a product by a certain date, please make sure to let us know! We will do our very best to accommodate those needs but please remember that we are handmade and strive to only deliver the very best for your little ones and this takes time! Turnaround time does not include shipping times. Those will be based on your  chosen shipping method. 

Shipping: All items are shipped via USPS. While we love our postmen, please note that they are a completely separate entity and we cannot be held liable for lost or delayed packages. However, if you contact us with any concerns, we will do our very best to help you find out information and fight for you! First Class shipping has an estimated time frame of 5-7 business days, Priority Mail with an estimated 2-3 business days, and Priority Express with an estimated 1-2 business days. Shipping prices are based on weight and all options may not be available for your order. 

IMPORTANT MESSAGE: International buyers are responsible for any and all Custom Charges, Taxes and additional Postal Fees.

 Sizing & Personalization: We do our very best to include a size chart with every listing. If you do not see one and have questions, please contact us prior to placing your order. Once your order is placed, we will not be able to make any changes. Personalization charts can be found on applicable listings. Please read carefully and double check your notes. We will only use the exact format that you provide. Generally, we will not offer refunds on personalized items.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES : Cancellations may be done within 24 hours of placing. Please note that no cancellations will be accepted on pre-orders or costumes. Generally, we begin processing your order the next business day and cannot allow cancellations once that starts. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on orders unless it is due to an error on our part. However, if for whatever reason you need these options, please contact us and we can try to figure something out.
